Cirque du Tattoo is a professional tattoo studio that offers a wide range of body art services. Our team of artists are dedicated to providing high-quality work in a safe and clean environment.
Are bookings are strictly by appointment only so that we can concentrate solely on you as the client. Therefore, we kindly ask that you respect each customers privacy and contact us ahead of visiting our studio as it is not usually possible to accommodate walk-in's. We'd love for you to get in touch with us via our website contact form, email or via our social's to share with us your tattoo ideas and request a date for your new ink to be carried out.
We offer a wide range of tattoo styles, including traditional, realism, black and grey, and more. Our artists are happy to work with you to create a custom design that meets your individual preferences and needs. Please get in touch with us to discuss your ideas.
It's really important to consider your outfit on the day of your tattoo to make sure that you will be 100% comfortable. Think about bringing a change of clothes with you if the weather does not permit shorts but the tattoo dictates the need!

Our artists use high-quality equipment and operate a single use policy to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for our clients. We also offer a wide range of designs and styles to choose from, and our artists are always happy to work with clients to create custom designs that suit their preferences.
We recommend bringing along a sugary drink or some sweets with you, especially for bigger pieces as sitting for long periods of time whilst being tattooed can affect your blood sugar. We can offer you a cup of tea but please bear in mind that there is not a shop on our door step for any other needs and so we do suggest coming prepared with some goodies.
Yes we do! We are very lucky to have our Tattooed Lady as part of our team, you can find Zowie via insta @cosmetixbyZowie, please do bear in mind that Zowie does not work full time at our big top and thus you will need to book a suitable time slot
The healing time for a tattoo depends on various factors, such as the size and location of the tattoo or piercing, the individual's immune system, and how well they follow the aftercare instructions provided by our artists. Generally, tattoos take about 2-4 weeks to heal.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate walk in appointments. This is because we like to offer our undivided attention to the client undergoing the tattoo and thus we do ask that you book an appointment with us or drop us a message instead of visiting the studio.
The biggest risk in getting tattooed is infection, at Cirque du Tattoo we do as much as possible to minimise this. Everything is single use and disposed of after each client, we fully clean our equipment and station in between each client also. However, infection can occur during the healing process, it's important to look out for signs of this which include fever, chills, swelling, pain that worsens, soreness and sweats. We are always available for you to contact us if you are unsure but as with all medical conditions we strongly recommend seeking medical attention.
