Upon arrival at the studio we will ask you to complete a consent form which enables us to ensure that it is safe to go ahead and complete your desired tattoo. We will be checking the following markers as an indication guide:
- That you are over the age of 18 and have identification with you to validate this when asked
- That you are medically well and it is safe to go ahead and carry out the tattoo procedure
- That you are neither pregnant or breastfeeding
- That you are not currently taking anticoagulant medication such as aspirin or warfarin.
At the same time we will also capture some basic demographic information including:
- Name
- Address
- Contact information
- Date of Birth
Your information is stored in a locked drawer for internal purposes only and will not be shared with any third party organisations.
Once your tattoo has been completed we will take photographs for our online portfolio's including the website and social media. In some instances we may tag you in the photographs or videos, however if you would rather that we didn't please make us aware.
Cirque du Tattoo is a custom design studio and so whilst we cannot promise that other customers won't opt for a similar design, we can promise that each tattoo design has been created individually with you, as the client in mind.
