Our Booking Policy
Upon contacting us via our website, email or social media pages we will discuss your tattoo ideas with you and help you to determine what will make the best tattoo. Once we have a clear plan in place we will offer you a date for your appointment, a deposit will need to be paid in order to hold that slot for you. We allow 24 hours for a deposit payment to be made before reallocating that slot to other clients.
Deposits can be paid using the 'Make a Payment' section of our website which we can also provide to you as a link via messages. All deposits are non refundable however we do understand that life does not always go to plan and thus with 48 hours notice we will be happy to move your deposit across to an alternate date. Any cancellations made at any time will result in the deposit not being returned.
Prior to your appointment we will endeavour to ensure that you are happy with the design that has been custom drawn for you, though of course nothing can substitute for seeing this on your skin and therefore we will always use a stencil or hand draw the piece on your skin, showing you reference images and ensuring that you are happy to proceed.
You will be required to complete a Client Form during your appointment which enables us to better understand any medical factors and discuss how this may affect the tattoo process and healing. As our client, your health and well being is our main priority and thus we reserve the right to refuse to begin or continue with a tattoo if we feel that the risk to your health has become too great. Naturally this is always our worse case scenario and we will always endeavour to assist you before this occurs.
We do not permit under 18's in our studio and would request that you make alternative arrangements instead of bringing children with you to Cirque du Tattoo.
Our Cancellation Policy
We do understand that sometimes life gets in the way whilst you are busy making plans and thus we will always endeavour to accommodate any need to reschedule with 48 hours notice; in which case your deposit will still stand.
However, if you need to cancel with less than 48 hours notice then unfortunately you will loose your deposit and a new one will be required. All deposits are not refundable.
